Being offered for sale to the public for the 1st time since she left the showroom 30 years ago!!! Yes! This is a one owner completely original, unmodified 1993 RX7 Turbo.
This car was sold new in our little Tennessee town.
It comes with every single piece of paper you could possibly hope to have.
It includes the pen that was used to sign the contract when the car was purchased.
All owner's manuals, service manuals, the business card of the salesman who sold it new, receipts and a mileage log.
She has been in the possession of her original owner who is a chemical engineer and now retired college professor.
He loved and cared for this car to the absolute best of his ability.
Since he is a chemical engineer he was very specific about the type of oil he ran in this rotary engine.
The interior is flawless and the the exterior is exceptional.
The paint is rich, glossy and all original with the exception of the hood and rear bumper cover which were repainted because the clear coat was flaking.
Apparently that was a Mazda problem in 1993.
In preparation for sale the car received fresh fluids, belts, a new set of tires, and just to be on the safe side brake hoses.
The shocks, springs, brake rotors etc are the 1993 factory originals! The owner thinks the brake pads are the originals, but I'll leave that to you to decide.
She runs and drives beautifully.
