Relief Account Manager and Driver
The Relief Account Manager and Driver is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for delivering product to both large and small format accounts on a predetermined route for advance sales, maintaining strong customer rapport, quality service, and effective merchandising of all products

Position Shift and Schedule
This is a full time permanent position working 5:
00am until finished, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Position Compensation
The starting rate of pay for this position is $143.00 per day plus mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc).
Position Responsibilities
Sell Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands.
Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point of sale material according to company merchandising standards.
Stock and merchandise Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
Deliver product to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.
Assure brands and packages are rotated properly, safeguarding against past-dated products available to consumers.
Accountable for cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.
Record transactions and convey all related cash, checks and documents to Route Auditor at conclusion of work shift.
Provide shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.
Maintain assigned vehicle in accordance to applicable safety regulations.

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
2 years delivery experience and interacting with the public
21 years of age or older
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
Valid CDL-A and driver's license
