A leading manufacturer of automotive components located near Cookeville, TN is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance and Facilities Engineering Technicians and Specialists for this plant of over 800 people. This position reports to the Engineering Manager. A BS degree from an accredited university is mandatory, along with at least 3 years of plant engineering or maintenance supervision experience. An engineering degree is preferred. Knowledge must include Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, facilities maintenance, maintenance planning, hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems, OSHA, EPA and PLCs. The Maintenance Supervisor should be familiar with both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Supervisory experience of at least 10 people is required. This company offers excellent benefits including relocation assistance. Candidates with a stable work history and at least 3 years of recent plant engineering or maintenance supervision experience are encouraged to apply. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
