This position is resposible for setting up, conducting, collecting and analyzing data and reporting the results of standard and non-standard electrical and mechanical tests on product and components. This position also troubleshoots failures and detemines causes of failures. Jod duties include:
Set up and conduct all tests associated with the QA Reliability Lab. Maintenance of lab equipment will include URMs, fixtures, monitoring equipment, and materials ordering. Oversee testing on all tests being conducted in the Reliability Lab and tests being conducted in the field. Collect data from tests that are being conducted Organize data into a form that can be used by the product engineer. Conduct CADR and OZONE testing and reporting. Failure analysis. Reporting of test results Job Requirements :
High School Diploma required
Fabrication of fixtures Setup of electromechanical fixtures Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC's Familiar with automatic data acquisition systems Knowledge of basics electronics College, vocational or military training on instrumentation and control systems, industrial electrical wiring, and computer programming. MS-Office applications Familiar with design and development of domestic appliances Experience in quality disciplines (inspection, metrology, auditing, data analysis)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
