Job Purpose:
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for assisting current and potential customers by answering questions resolving concerns and maintaining account information.
Our goal at TTI Floor Care North America is to provide world-class service to our consumers and customers.
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Digital and Voice.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitor a high volume of inbound calls while representing the voice of the brand.
Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and defuse escalations.
Understand and meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
Flexible schedule availability and overtime when needed Operate within a culture of Continuous Improvement, leading in a fast-paced environment that requires change agility.
Display the ability to effectively troubleshoot products with a single point of contact mindset All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication (this role interacts with a 100% remote department) Desire to work hands-on in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed Familiarity with our industry is a plus High School graduation or equivalent, Associate's degree preferred, and 2 years of experience in customer service/or call center operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and working knowledge of phone systems.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during peak hours.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
